Our story

“Il Gatto e la Volpe” means the cat and the fox, the pair from the old Italian tale.

Since 2022 we have been bringing the best of Italy to Ontario, plate by plate. Our passion for food and our commitment to quality have earned us a reputation as one of the finest Italian kitchens in the area.

It is a real room: a glass wine cellar, a brick oven at the back, tables set for a long dinner. Authentic food, warm service, and a little bit of mischief.
